Before your renovation begins, we complete detailed pre-construction planning including trade sequencing, material coordination, compliance checks, and supplier confirmations. This ensures everything is ready before demolition even starts.

You’ll receive a clear renovation schedule outlining each stage of works — from demolition and rough-ins through to waterproofing, tiling, and final fit-off. We personally oversee and coordinate all licensed trades, ensuring each stage flows efficiently and meets our quality standards before moving forward.

Because we work with long-standing, trusted trades and manage projects in-house, we’re able to maintain momentum and minimise downtime.

If unforeseen circumstances arise (such as weather, supplier delays, or hidden site conditions), we communicate immediately and provide clear next steps — so you’re never left wondering what’s happening.

While we carry out thorough pre-site inspections and planning, renovations can sometimes reveal hidden issues — such as outdated plumbing, structural movement, water damage, or non-compliant previous work.

If an unforeseen issue is discovered:

• Work in that area is paused
• We document the issue clearly (photos + explanation)
• We explain your options in plain language

We handle all trade coordination as part of our complete project management service. Each tradesperson knows exactly when they're needed, what work they're completing, and how their work fits into the overall timeline.

We work with you to order PC items well in advance and conduct a thorough inspection before renovation begins. If there are any issues with items, we'll work with suppliers to resolve them quickly and adjust the schedule if necessary to avoid delays.

Each renovation follows a structured sequence of works, with critical checkpoints before moving to the next stage. This includes inspections after demolition, plumbing rough-in, electrical rough-in, waterproofing, tiling preparation, and final fit-off.

All trades working on your home are fully licensed, insured, and long-standing members of our trusted network. We don’t rotate unknown subcontractors — we work with professionals who understand and uphold our standards.

Jarrad personally oversees project coordination and conducts regular site inspections to ensure workmanship, compliance, and detailing meet our expectations before proceeding.

We follow Australian Standards (including AS 3740 for waterproofing) and National Construction Code requirements, and waterproofing certificates are available upon request.

Throughout the build, you’ll receive consistent communication and progress updates, so you’re always aware of what stage your renovation is at.
