When you’re ready to proceed, you’ll formally accept the proposal, allowing us to lock in your project and move into structured pre-construction planning.

Approximately one week before works begin, we return to your home for a pre-site inspection. This visit ensures everything is perfectly aligned before tools come out – from confirming PC items are correct and on-site, to walking through access, sequencing, and final expectations.
By the time renovation day arrives, everything is planned, ordered, scheduled, and ready to run smoothly.
Pre-Renovation Checklist:

We personally oversee and coordinate all licensed trades, ensuring each stage flows efficiently and meets our quality standards before moving forward.
Because we work with long-standing, trusted trades and manage projects in-house, we’re able to maintain momentum and minimise downtime.
If unforeseen circumstances arise (such as weather, supplier delays, or hidden site conditions), we communicate immediately and provide clear next steps — so you’re never left wondering what’s happening.

All trades working on your home are fully licensed, insured, and long-standing members of our trusted network. We don’t rotate unknown subcontractors — we work with professionals who understand and uphold our standards.
Jarrad personally oversees project coordination and conducts regular site inspections to ensure workmanship, compliance, and detailing meet our expectations before proceeding.
We follow Australian Standards (including AS 3740 for waterproofing) and National Construction Code requirements, and waterproofing certificates are available upon request.
Throughout the build, you’ll receive consistent communication and progress updates, so you’re always aware of what stage your renovation is at.
