Book Your Site Consultation
After obtaining some basic information from you and working out we are a good fit for one another, either Jarrad or Jeffrey, the owners of our company, will personally visit your home to guide you through the exciting journey of transforming your renovation vision into reality. They'll take detailed measurements of your current space and listen carefully to the ideas and features you’d love to see in your new design.
Every renovation is unique, and we treat it that way—carefully assessing the existing structure and identifying areas for improvement. Our goal is to create a renovation that not only elevates your everyday living but also adds lasting value to your home.
Step Two
Review & Accept Your Proposal
Once your consultation is complete, we will review and detail all estimates and costs associated with your renovation requirements. You will then receive a formal proposal that outlines every element of your renovation journey, including a floor plan drawing, 3D renders and the list of PC items that will need to be purchased ahead of time.
At the end of the proposal, you’ll find a formal acceptance form. When you're ready to proceed, simply sign and return it to us — and from there, we will begin planning your renovation’s commencement with care and precision, turning your vision into a beautifully crafted reality.
Step Three
Final Sign Off
One week prior to the start of your renovation, we’ll return to your property for a pre-site inspection. This visit is a key step in preparing for the transformation ahead — we'll confirm that all your PC items are correct, delivered, and ready for installation.
During this time, we’ll also walk through the final details together and formally sign off on your renovation contract. With everything confirmed and in place, all that remains is the countdown to your renovation’s beginning — when vision meets craftsmanship and your dream space begins to take shape.
Step Four
Dream Space Delivered
Throughout your renovation, you’ll receive daily progress updates from our team, detailing completed works in line with your original proposal. We’ll remain in close communication with you every step of the way — keeping you informed on project milestones, timelines, and invoicing.
As your renovation nears completion and final touches like the shower screens are installed and approved, we’ll provide you with the handover document including care guides, warranty information, and final checklists to ensure everything is in place.
In your final walkthrough, we’ll take the time to guide you through the care and maintenance of your new space — ensuring that your dream bathroom continues to bring beauty, comfort, and value for many years to come.
